Hello my name is D'Andre Davis-Taylor and I'm the marketing coordinator at MasterSolve. Today I wanted to talk a little bit about creating content and how your business can do it right.

When you create content it can oftentimes take a lot of time and energy and effort to produce and if you aren’t making content that actually connects with your audience then they won't be engaged and it can almost be worthless you are making this content. So, the first topic I want to cover in this video is how do you create content that your audience will actually care about.

The first way to get your audience to actually care about the content you're creating is make sure that you're not just advertising in your content. When you go about creating a piece of content make sure that it's informational and valuable to the audience and it's maybe something they can take away and use in their life today. if it's just advertising then people will be able to see through that and they won't be really engaged with your content.

The next thing you can do is look to see what existing content your audience is already looking at and then once you know what the content they're looking at is you can go in and provide a new insight or a new meaning to what the content is and this will go a long way in making sure that you're seen as a thought leader in your industry and someone people can trust.

The final way to get people to be engaged or care about the content you're creating is to make sure you use personal stories and a lot of imagery in your content so that they stay engaged. If you just
use generic stories then people are going to be not really paying attention but if you use something of like a personal story that you went through how you overcame something then the audience will feel much more connected to you and the content will be much more valuable to them.

Creating content is really only the beginning of the content marketing process because you still have to find a way to get this content in front of the eyes of your audience. You can do this by using social media, you can use your website, you can use email newsletters or promotions that you're sending out anything you can do to spread the word as far as you can about the content that you just created so you can get as many eyes to see it as possible.

Once the content is posted then you want to be able to be aware of the analytics side of things you want to go and check how your video is doing, how many people are engaging with it, comments/feedback because this will be able to let you know what content you should make moving forward see what's working see what's not working and then you can make the best content that's the most engaging for your audience.

So, as they say content is king so the content you make you want to make sure that your efforts don't fall flat when you're promoting it creating it or any of the process.

Thank you for watching this video and I'll see you next time
