How we got here
The MasterSolve journey
MasterSolve has grown a lot since our humble beginning in 2015. These are some of our proudest moments:
2015
MasterSolve officially became a business in November, 2015. We also signed our first customer, Fidelity National Financial, hired our first employee, and became a Sugar Partner in December, 2015.
2016
In early 2016, we moved into our first office space in Whitby, Ontario, and our second office space in St. Louis, Missouri. We became an Advanced Partner with SugarCRM and developed a partnership with Microsoft.
2017
In 2017, we brought Stephen Lavoie onto our team as our first Chief Marketing Officer. We also established a partnership with Sugar Market (known then as Sales Fusion).
2018
In January, 2018 we reached Elite Partner status with SugarCRM. Our CEO spoke at the 2018 SugarCon and we hosted our first team outing in Las Vegas, Nevada.
2019
In 2019 we acquired CRM Plus to expand our knowledge and client base. We also reached over $5Million dollars in annual revenue.
2020
In 2020 MasterSolve brought David Rice to the team as our first ever Chief Product Officer. We also went through a rebranding process and solidified new partnerships with Zendesk, Amazon, and Sitelock.
